What are the best and most desirable skills to put in a CV?

- Hi Tadiwa (I don't often see people with the same name as me on here), I find that putting that you are willing to learn and how you can adapt in multiple scenarios help. I also think its good to have multiple CV's for multiple things, for myself I have a creative CV and non creative which I update accordingly to suit the industry I am applying for.
- @Harriet Anstruther thanks for the fab insight!
- Willingness to dig deep, be a team player, think on your feet, and an openness to learning and opportunity. Whatever your grades, experience on the ground comes slowly with reputations being made and lost at each step.
- I think it depends on your role and industry, but I've always found soft skills to be the most important. Those usually end up being the hardest to teach/learn, but in many ways more important. Some include, ability to work well with others, time management and ability to work on multiple things at once and prioritise.
- @Tamryn Kerr thanks so much Tamryn. Really great advise!
- Hey Tadiwa, I would research job ads for the role that you want and see what sort of skills employers are looking for, that's where I would start. Also anything that helps you bring a bit of your personality into the descriptions are good too. Hope that helps. Tamryn
