  • I'd say doing something you are passionate about. That way you can present the best version of yourself to help people on a large scale and your work life balance enables freedom. Being a coach, consultant, author and podcaster (a multihyphanate!) has allowed me freedom to reah people in a number of areas and on a large scale.
  • Being a filmmaker!

    At least I feel I have freedom and a can reach people on a large scale. Helping them is another matter but I guess that can be interpretted in different ways. I like to make comedic work so I'm helping people laugh and have a good time?!

    It really depends on what you want to make and how you want to help. Documentary work can highlight important social and cultural issues and shine a light in the places that need it most.

    But then that can also be done with narrative and fiction work!

    I hope that you feel your work gives you freedom and you can help people Izzy!
  • Whether on a large scale or not, helping people gives us a sense of meaningful purpose.

    It turns problems into challenges — which is a form of freedom.

    Ask yourself;

    What do I love doing?

    What does the world need?

    What will people pay for?

    What am I good at?
  • Hi Izzy,

    The bviggest freedom always comes when you ahve your own business and every profession is helpful if it's done well. Think about, every profession has a function in our society. So it's rather comesto back to the question in what career you can be the most helpful yourself, and that should come to back to your authentic self, what you have the greatest passion for.
