  • Allowing there to be good, creative and energetic days and making use of them but, also allowing for slower, low energy days where making good coffee and reading a book in a spot of sunshine is all you can achieve. The key is to not feel guilty when having a slower day as often it helps you have more creative days if you enjoy the slow ones.
  • Being creative in one way or another each day to prevent creative burn out. Spending time outside (in the garden) instead of being locked inside in front of a screen all day

    A sleeping routine that my body wants,
    Yoga, meditation, exercise, good food, skin care routine, being creative each day, being outside in the garden. ❤️
