What's going to be everyone's new merch/print provider now that Awesome Merch has fallen?

- @Sandrine Bascouert @Daniel Hawley-Lingham The concept was great but if the management is that unorganised then at the end of the day that's all it is, a great concept 🤷🏼♀️Any recommendations of companies that carry out similar services with better reviews would be appreciated! I tend to use Print.Work and Printed.com however it would be great to have more resources that deal with stickers and merch too!
- @Martyna Makes btw - my co-designer of a previous big project will now not print his own porject with them - for abviouos reasons.
- @Martyna Makes you're totally right - just looked it up on Companies House. I bet the creditors are pleased with that move!!
- @Martyna Makes I had some issues with stickers, although all have been resolved in the end. My own take on it, is that it was brilliant concept, poorly managed. I also read the reviews and I honestly think, that while not a good look, it might more be down to a slacker approach to doing business than malice. All I can hope for is that there will be some retraining of the workforce, no lay-offs, and a better customer-focused service in the future .One but hope!
- @Daniel Hawley-Lingham @Sandrine Bascouert Yes they've been bought out by a new company which is also set up by the same co-founder. I've seen countless peers complaining about not recieving stock or refunds within the past few months so if the new company has the same sorts of values I'd personally be worried about using them.
- They've been bought out by a UK company - I didn't know it was originally as US owned brand. As far as I can tell it will continue to offer the same or similar service.
- Aren't they been sold to another company?I used them but found the whole experience a bit of a hit and miss regarding customer service. The quality was very good though!https://www.instagram.com/p/Cik0Br6sXpK/
