What’s your biggest challenge in running your own start up?

- Believing in the potential of my business and not letting the competition demotivate me.
- Staying macro.Letting go.Sharpening the saw.Giving yourself time and space.Knowing the best is yet to come.
- Keeping a solid team for a long time!
- @Louisa Plint smashed it Louisa! No doubt you have a great team and I respect the effort it takes to put together a great team. As a result, they motivate you as much as you motivate them.
- @Jag Singh My number one thing is team calls. If I feel myself slowing a little I get on call with my team to talk plans etc and given that they're fantastic (humble brag on my team building skills...) they always pick me up and inspire me!Second is remembering how far I've come. It takes real discipline to stop and look back but it's such motivator to see what challenges you've already overcome.
- @Louisa Plint so easy to become complacent. What do you do to stay motivated?
- Maintain motivation when the hard times come... which they inevitably will and do!
- Great question @Jag Singh, I've just sent you a DM!
- @Adrienn Major Good point. How do you employ someone who will match your passion or at least really believe in the service/product. Taking a break has always been a struggle- switching off for me was really difficult till my better half had to sit me down and have a ‘chat’ with me
- recruitment and taking a break :)
