About Tumisha Balogun
My name is Tumisha (tumi-shay), Tum or Tumi for short. I do a few things but here's a short introduction. I have a huge interest in culture, consciousness and community. 
For the last five years I have worked at the biggest organisations like Google, Red Bull and Atlantic on marketing and cultural strategies to appeal to a particular audience. This has included launching the first EMEA influencers strategy for the Google Pixel or working on the #1 drill single to go number one in the UK and Ireland. I've decided to focus on building my own youth culture/creative agency tag because I feel like there's only so much change that can happen at a huge organisation and in doing so we have worked with the likes of Red Bull, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Facebook and Apprentice Nation delivering campaigns, strategy and workshops. I don't really talk about the work I do because it frightens me but I know and I've gathered it's the only way I can get more work.
