The South Bank Sky Arts Awards are the only awards ceremony in the world to represent the entire spectrum of the arts, with categories for TV Drama, Classical Music, Theatre, Comedy, Dance, Film, Visual Art, Pop, Literature and Opera. We were delighted that Steve McQueen Year 3 was announced as the winner of the Visual Art award in 2020, beating tough competition from Tracy Emin and Martin Parr. To win in the visual art category was a particularly special achievement given the project was in fact a hybrid – part visual art piece, part learning project. Winner of the Visual Art award 2020
