Madland Hack & Spotify Present Ask Me Anything: Black History Month edition

WHAT IS IT?
There has been much focus on the entry-level 'pipeline' of ethnically diverse talent but what about the people already working in their field - who supports and helps them to break past the glass ceiling and gain amazing opportunities? For this virtual event, Madland Hack will invite up to 60 Black professionals to ask Spotifyers anything: this could be from getting the down low on company culture to asking about the interview structure for the department you are interested in to understanding more about what your equivalent role would be at Spotify.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- From the options on the link, you will need to pick one department to hear more about from music, podcasting, advertising, marketing, research & development or premium.
- 10 people will be selected to attend each department session and notified if they have secured a spot
- On the day, the 60 attendees will be segmented into six Zoom rooms headed up by a Spotifyer for the department they are interested in.
