To mark International Women’s Day, the IPA have a special edition of our Stepping into the Spotlight series, where we’ll be raising awareness of the bias that’s still happening, and ensuring that we take action against it. We will also be celebrating how far we’ve come in creating equality, particularly in the advertising industry.
Joining us will be representatives from two fantastic organisations fighting to make gender equality a reality (with more speakers to be confirmed shortly!):

Expect to come away with the tools needed to create change – both in your day job and personal life.
This needs to be a discussion between all people, at all levels within the industry. So whatever your gender or job title or discipline, please do come and be a part of this event on 9 March.
