ACCOUNT OVERVIEW
OpenMind was recently awarded the ZEUR assignment for Nestle Europe. With 47 countries, +450 team members, and regular new product launches, the account is looking for a Content Lead Account Director to provide content solutions for the North Cluster.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
We are looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial, and collaborative AD to join our specialist content team in Creative Futures.
This is a very exciting and collaborative role and an opportunity to be a key member of the team who are the gateway into Creative Futures, for the entire business.  Our team are highly skilled generalists who can build relationships and diagnose the needs of clients and briefs utilising the plethora of services which are offered within Creative Futures. We are obsessed with increasing relevance for our clients as we whole heartedly believe this is intrinsically linked to growth.

We work with a huge variety of Clients and Media Owners to co-create some of the most exciting and high-profile content campaigns in the industry.
Reporting of the role
You will report into a Senior Associate Director in the team

Measures of success
In three months, you will:
  • Understood the client opportunities within the agency and begin to be matchmaking at a senior level
  • Have spent time with individuals in the team and developed a relationship with them which enables you understand the different elements within CF and talk about them confidently
  • Have met with key members of the planning and strategy community
  • Be accountable for financial forecasting for clients and the pipeline
  • Regularly share own POV on product opportunities
In six months, you will:
  • Be seen as a go to expert within relevance and be working on both pro-active and reactive responses to key client challenges
  • Be comfortable leading discussions around all products without the need for specialists at each meeting
  • Be regularly receiving positive feedback from clients and peers alike
  • Understand and implement OpenMind’s core values in all aspects of the role (whether that be with colleagues, clients, or the wider industry)
  • Contribute to wider agency initiatives, e.g. pitches, cultural initiatives etc
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You are seen by the immediate team, department, and wider agency as the go to person from Creative Futures for their client and selling in the role for relevance!  You are an advocate for all things relevance related from influencer marketing, addressable creative to branded entertainment
  • Supporting and working with the SAD and wider team proactively drive and maintain relationships with your OpenMind and client teams
  • Spotting opportunities across your patch and matchmaking them with ideas and insights
  • Working with media owners to extract their best and most innovative work
  • You are an advocate and represent Creative Futures with business as well as with clients
YOUR KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, charisma and a galvanising nature!  People must want to work for you and alongside you!
  • Significant experience in partnerships, branded entertainment, sponsorship and an understanding of rights, licensing and IP
  • To be strategic and creative as well as solutions orientated
  • Good commercial acumen and an insatiable desire to get brilliant work over the line
  • Be able to determine success benchmarks for channel and partner performance
  • Exceptional people skills (including people / development) and very confident with clients, and in managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • Be masterfully collaborative and balance that with driving forward innovation and great work
  • A people person, someone who can build relationships quickly and gain trust
  • Previous experience in working well under pressure & working to deadlines
