Support AM in collating and digesting all research, proposal and support docs
Lead execs in conducting client and competitor research and work through strategy kick off sessions to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Liaise with AM and outline clear next steps,
Support AEs/lead on creation and delivery of Brand for Approach lists in line with categories agreed by client and deliverables of the project.
Create and deliver scoping documents including proposing to the AM what key questions/information should be scoped for the project and how we should present it for the client
Support AM in development of contact strategy
Be proactive in seeking new contacts where struggling to reach the correct person.
Develop good strong relationships with partners.
Deliver interested parties in line with deliverables
Effectively and clearly create and negotiate strong balance exchanges for client and partner
Deliver status summaries on time, and to consistently high standard
Ensure consistent clear communication with partner and client
Create well thought through campaign timing/comms plans (with the support of your AM on complicated campaigns), tailored to the specific activation. Consistently use these to keep implementation on track.
Ensure smooth trafficking and sign off all assets.
Work with AM to resolve campaign delivery issues.
Map best measurement criteria/response tracking and finalise with AM. Agree these with client and partner prior to launch of each campaign (reporting of reach, response rates, mystery shopping and customer service issues where appropriate)
