ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – HAVAS ENTERTAINMENT (Culture Team)

Account Executive
Reporting to an Account Manager, this role is for an Account Executive position sitting as part of the ‘Culture team’. This role will have a specific focus on working on some of the agencies biggest and most exciting clients, including Red Bull, Dr Martens and UKTV.
Job Description
The position requires someone who is passionate about the entertainment industry and wants to be at the heart of culture. We need an enthusiastic and pro-active candidate who can showcase enthusiasm for the clients that they are going to be working across. The role will be working across all media channels, including AV, Social, OOH and media partnerships. Familiarity with insight tools such as TGI, AdDynamix and YouGov, would also be beneficial.
The candidate will working with the team at ensuring media bookings are put onto the finance system in an accurate and timely manner and that internal PO trackers and campaign laydowns are kept up to date.
Due to the nature of our agency and business, the candidate must have good communication skills; able to multi-task to an exceptional level; good organisational skills and understand that a high level of service to our clients is expected. They should also be a creative thinker – someone who is willing to put forward smart, innovative and creative ideas to help address our client’s challenges.
Day to day responsibilities

Primary Focus: Build and develop a strong relationship with clients built on expertise, confidence, trust, enthusiasm and reliability of their business.
  • Work with the AM to ensure all campaigns are managed and executed to an exceptional standard.
  • Ensuring all standard client requirements are delivered correct and on time (status reports, campaign reporting, monthly competitive reviews, invoicing).
General Work:  Day to day communication of updates and maintenance to both clients and agency departments involved in products.
  • Work with the AM to manage delivery of live campaigns and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Work with the AM to anticipate milestones and requirements on live campaigns are achievable, to ensure both client and agency departments are prepared in advance.
  • Work with the AM and wider team to proactively explore new opportunities and ideas based on the latest cultural moments or events.
Client Servicing: Sustain an elevated level of client service and partnership, through regular conversations and meetings with our clients.
  • Attend regular calls and status meetings with the clients.
  • Keep on top of the latest industry and market news to share with clients on a frequent basis.
  • Work with the wider team to present market, competitive and post-campaign analysis.
  • Research and help organise media workshops and learning sessions with client marketing departments.
  • Ensure weekly round-ups of agency work is communicated in a concise and clear way
Agency Responsibilities: Ensure communication within the team at Havas Entertainment is standard practice to ensure information is dynamic for strategy and planning.
  • Attendance of regular Havas Entertainment events and wider industry events and learnings.
  • Work closely with other relevant teams around Havas – maintaining a good relationship and ways of working. This includes finance teams, insight teams and specialist activation teams.
