Account Executive
Reporting to the Account Manager and Account Director, the candidate will be an Account Executive working across a range of Culture clients (book publishers, music festivals, arts venues etc).

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the account management team with the daily oversight of client accounts. We’re looking for a proactive and organised team player who is enthusiastic about all forms of media, passionate about emerging cultural trends, and has a creative approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys exploring innovative solutions to client briefs and actively contributes fresh, strategic ideas.
Given our agency’s dynamic environment, excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and meticulous organisational skills are essential, along with a commitment to providing top-quality service to clients. Additionally, a background in managing campaigns on self-serve platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, or TikTok is beneficial but not essential.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Primary Focus: Build and develop a strong relationship with clients built on expertise, confidence, trust, enthusiasm and reliability of their business.
  • Work with the AM (Account Manager) & Account Director to ensure all campaigns are managed and executed to an exceptional standard.
  • Help lead campaign planning and implementation across the Culture portfolio.
General Work: Day to day communication of updates and maintenance to both clients and agency departments involved in products.
  • Help managing delivery of live campaigns and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Anticipating milestones and requirements on live campaigns are achievable, to ensure both client and agency departments are prepared in advance.
  • Ensuring all standard client requirements are delivered correct and on time (status reports, monthly competitive reviews, invoicing).
  • Work with the AM/AD and wider team to proactively explore new opportunities and ideas based on the latest cultural moments or events.
Client Service: Sustain an elevated level of client service and partnership, through regular conversations and meetings with our clients.
  • Attend regular calls and status meetings with the clients.
  • Keep on top of the latest industry and market news to share with clients on a frequent basis.
  • Work with the wider team to present market, competitive and post-campaign analysis.
  • Research and help organise media workshops and learning sessions with client marketing departments.
  • Ensure weekly roundups of agency work is communicated in a concise and clear way.
Agency responsibilities: Ensure communication within the team at Havas Entertainment is standard practice to ensure information is dynamic for strategy and planning.
  • Attendance of regular Havas Entertainment events and wider industry events and learnings.
  • Work closely with other relevant teams around Havas – maintaining a good relationship and ways of working. This includes finance teams, insight teams and specialist activation teams.
