Account Executive

Job Description
The position requires someone who is passionate and gaming and the games industry. We need an enthusiastic and pro-active candidate who is accustomed to the pressures and quick turnarounds of account handling across all media. The candidate should have enthusiasm and a passion for the games that they are going to be working across as well as a proficient knowledge across all media channels.
The candidate should showcase specific skills and experience relating to both digital and offline campaign planning and must show a proficient level of knowledge in this discipline. Familiarity with insight tools such as TGI, AdDynamix and YouGov, would also be beneficial.
The candidate should also be comfortable at ensuring media bookings are put onto the finance system in an accurate and timely manner and that internal PO trackers and campaign laydowns are kept up to date.
Due to the nature of our agency and business, the candidate must have good communication skills; able to multi-task to an exceptional level; good organisational skills and understand that a high level of service to our clients is expected. They should also be a creative thinker – someone who is willing to put forward smart, innovative and creative ideas to help address our client’s challenges.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Primary Focus: Set-up, implement and optimise digital campaigns for gaming clients.
  • Ensure all digital campaigns are executed to an exceptional standard.
  • Assist the team on campaign planning and buying across the game’s division portfolio.
  • Trafficking digital campaigns accurately and on-time.
  • Pull together reports based on advertising campaigns to submit to clients
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive competitive data reports with insightful observations and analysis.
General Work: Day to day campaign digital implementation and set-up of gaming campaigns.
  • Help the team adapt plans when circumstances change (release dates, budgets) and brief media owners accordingly.
  • Ensuring all standard client requirements are delivered correct and on time (contact reports, monthly competitive reviews, online status reports).
  • Responsible for the finance admin and processes – putting bookings on the system, checking against plans, managing the PO tracker, reconciling media spends.
Agency responsibilities: Ensure a pro-active and collaborative approach to working with the internal teams is always upheld.
  • Attendance of regular game team update meetings to share plans, share experience, and discuss possible area’s plans can approve.
  • Work closely with the Games Digital team to deliver brilliant, innovative digital campaigns.

Other Information
  • Office hours are 9.15am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
  • 25 days holiday per annum.
  • 4 days mental health allowance
  • Full training will be provided once evaluation of skill set has been undertaken.
  • Hybrid Working (3 days a week in the office)
