We are seeking an outstanding Agile Delivery Manager to join the BFI Player team and deliver the BFIs next generation film streaming service. A collaborative and focussed individual capable of leading and managing the delivery of multiple BFI Player product streams using the most appropriate agile methodologies.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that they are up-to-date and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-performance within the teams
  • To be aware of and act in accordance with the BFI’s environmental sustainability plans and approach at all times
We are looking for candidates who have:
  • Significant experience in delivery management of complex software projects requiring an in-depth knowledge of Agile, Devops and Engineering principles
  • Understanding of how complex systems need to be managed and capable of acting as a supportive team member to help identify solutions to technical challenges.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with varying types of stakeholders on complex software projects
