What does a AI Product Manager do at Hogarth?
Marketing transformation team work on strategic client opportunities for Hogarth. As part of this team, you’ll lead the content strategy and planning for content opportunities, using social listening, media performance and other data sources to guide clients make effective content to drive their marketing objectives.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to the Portfolio Product Lead.
You will work closely with our Strategic Consulting, production, AI development and WPP Open teams.
The AI Product Manager leads one of the Production Studio apps building a new-generation suite of AI-driven content automation services.
Lead the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven content automation services within the Production Studio apps.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities for AI-driven content solutions.
Define, prioritise, and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer value.
Align roadmaps and manage dependencies with other product leads, ensuring a cohesive and integrated product offering across the WPP Open platform.
Collaborate with other product leads to validate, prioritise, and integrate new requests into the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and resource allocation.
Lead the validation and design of new product ideas and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science) to conduct feasibility assessments, prototype solutions, and gather feedback.
Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering and design teams.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and production teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Define, monitor, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans in collaboration with marketing teams.
Proven experience in product management, with a focus on AI or SaaS products.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop a compelling product vision.
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
Experience in prioritising and managing a product backlog effectively.
Proficiency in user research methodologies and customer feedback analysis.
Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into clear product specifications.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and experience with defining and tracking KPIs.
Experience in planning and executing successful product launches.
Understanding of product profitability, commercialisation, and business case development.
