You’ll work on a variety of exciting consumer clients, growing, leading and managing key accounts within the agency. You’ll be coming up with ideas and concepts to deliver on client objectives, taking responsibility for delivering client expectations as well as honing your client relationship skills.
We’re looking for someone who can direct and manage accounts, teams and internal programmes with a high degree of independence. You will be a significant contributor to the firm’s overall performance and revenues, identifying and developing new and organic business opportunities and serving as a valued leader and resource for clients and client account teams.
You will already have several years of experience managing teams and be skilled at giving timely and constructive feedback to grow your team’s skillsets.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our creative team to bring ideas to life and shape new thinking for existing clients and new business prospects.
Alongside delivering brilliant work, you would work closely with the leadership team to achieve the agency’s exciting vision and values across new business.

The role: Associate Business Director
Full involvement in identifying and developing new and organic business opportunities as well as a direct report into the senior leadership team
A role that goes beyond just effective account management and positions you as a valued contributor to the values, leadership and growth of the business
Leading in development and management of delivery of plans for consumer clients

An experienced ABD, looking for a new opportunity to grow their commercial and strategic skills. Travel and tourism or food retail experience helpful but not essential
A commercial awareness and appetite to identify and deliver organic and new business growth to support agency revenue growth targets – with leadership team support
You will have examples of driving year-long, complex communications programmes and managing teams in a fast-paced environment
Proactive approach to problems and challenges, identifying solutions well ahead of time & escalating important issues
Has an integrated view and can actively develop strong integrated campaigns and sell multi-channel concepts to clients
Strong interpersonal skills, an excellent team leader driving a positive work culture and team player who is willing to get stuck in with the day-to-day where needed
Strong knowledge of UK media landscape and news agenda
First class project management skills
Excellent communication skills and solid experience PR content creation
A creative flair and a passion for crafting a good story
Documents eligible to work in the UK
Ability to travel internationally
A current UK driving license is preferred
Identify strengths and weaknesses of team members, and provide career development support as appropriate, with active involvement in identifying new talent where needed
Provide timely, specific and constructive feedback
Manage junior team members to maximize productivity and performance
Ensure deadlines and timeframes are being provided and met, managing account teams in the day-to-day running of accounts and keeping agency leadership updated with activities relating to each account
Look for and provide opportunities for individuals to expand roles and responsibilities
