About the Role: Embedded in the Bauer Audio Data team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of projects for our Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams by ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
This role would suit candidates with a background in delivery management or IT project management in a large corporate environment. Your primary focus will be on leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring the smooth execution of project plans. You will act as the bridge between business needs and the central engineering organization, empowering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of project issues.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams to understand their project needs and priorities.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
What We’re Looking For: You’ll have experience in leading and managing the delivery of projects, preferably within the media or technology industry. You should have a strong bias for action, a knack for pre-empting issues and getting things done on schedule. You should be able to demonstrate:
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools, software development processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible attitude to managing projects and engaging with senior stakeholders.
