We’re looking for a Branded Video Content Creator to join our Branded Video team on a permanent basis at our London Office.
Reporting into the Head of Branded Video, this newly created role is designed to fit into our bespoke production workflow for our social first approach. As a branded video content creator you will own the storytelling of the piece at each stage of production from development through to directing on set and editing the footage - whilst putting in place the necessary logistics to underpin your vision.
The branded video department is a new and exciting part of Bauer, established to create industry leading co-branded video for our internal brands such as KISS, Magic, Grazia, Empire, Motor Cycle News, heat, Absolute Radio and Greatest Hits & HITs radio in partnership with some of the worlds leading companies.
This is a Hybrid role supporting a balance of working from home and our office in London.
Attend brainstorms and developing ideas to meet the needs of client briefs.
Create and present treatments for internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule and budget shoots to set deadlines and costs.
Lead projects to deliver content that is on-brand and appealing to the audience.
Create call sheets, risk assessments and shoot schedules.
Hire crew such as Directors of Photography and Art Director.
Direct talent and crew on set.
Use Adobe Premier to edit and bring your visions to life.
This is a new role designed to fit out social first production workflow and is somewhat an amalgamation of a number of different traditional production roles. As such we are acutely aware you may not have past experience in all aspects of the position.
So we encourage applications if you have experience in any of the following:
An understanding of story-telling, visual mediums and logistics.
An education in film/media production, creative and editing.
Experience in writing, directing, producing or editing your own content.
Production experience in social/digital or have film, TVC, Broadcast.
Either way you should have:
strong communication - able to put together written materials / presentations.
Able to manage budgets and schedules to deliver against deadlines.
Experience balancing multiple projects.
