As a Concept Store Design Delivery Manager at Sainsbury's, you will play a vital role in successfully delivering a wide range of Trials and Concepts across our physical estate. Working across all formats and fascias of the Sainsbury's brand, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating new internal and external propositions, collaborating closely with the Architectural, Interior, and Graphic Design teams to bring compelling Concepts to life in-store. Your expertise in Design Delivery will ensure that every project is delivered to both time and budget, while your exceptional project and stakeholder management skills will ensure clear communication and accurate delivery throughout the project lifecycle. By championing improvements in our ways of working and ensuring high-quality delivery, you will contribute to the establishment of a virtuous loop of positive feedback, enhancing the delivery of future projects and constantly improving the customer experience. Who you are
As a Concept Store Design Delivery Manager for Sainsbury's, you are an experienced professional with a strong background in retail design and construction project management. Your expertise lies in successfully delivering a wide range of trials and concepts across the physical estate, ensuring the highest level of quality and adherence to brand standards. With exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, you effectively communicate and coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers to bring compelling design concepts to life in stores. Your strategic thinking, customer-centric approach, and understanding of design trends enable you to create innovative solutions that excite and engage delivery teams. With your extensive knowledge of retail environments, construction methods, and budget management, you ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders at all levels.
