Job Description
We’re looking for a creative artworker  working across both static and motion design to join our multi-disciplinary creative studio. In this team you’ll share our mission of building a bold, distinctive brand identity. You will bring visual brand to life across the business, ensuring it is of a high standard and felt throughout the customer experience. Your primary focus will be to create commercially focused static and motion assets for our brand marketing. This role reports directly into the senior traffic manager, while working with other key team members such as the studio lead and copywriters. You will have previous experience working with brand guidelines and executing different asset dimensions as per the brief demands. You’ll work in a collaborative way and you’ll understand that creative excellence can't be achieved alone.
You’ll have a background in digital marketing and an understanding of industry standards and feel comfortable working in that field.
Responsibilities
  • Executing many different asset sizes and video lengths based on static and motion master files that will be provided to you
  • Delivering against deadlines and sticking to our internal processes to ensure an effective creative production
  • Increase the efficiency of creative delivery through innovative ways of working
  • Work with copywriters to find innovative answers to briefs
  • Where there is an opportunity, find areas to optimise assets through creative testing and experimentation, balancing the need for brand consistency with enhancing performance
Qualifications
  • A strong portfolio of predominately digital design work
  • Previous experience on Figma and Adobe After Effects is a must
  • Previous experience in other Adobe CC Apps is a plus
  • Previous experience designing for brand and performance marketing channels (e.g.Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Display) and an understanding of their best practices
  • Experienced at delivering creative solutions and assets for a variety of digital formats for paid and organic social, display advertising, CRM, landing pages, DOOH...
  • You are process-driven and know how to manage your own time against requests and you’re able to give accurate delivery estimations.
  • Experienced in following creative and art direction guidelines

  • Evidence of a working in a test and learn environment
  • Previous knowledge about the main data parameters of performance analysis: CTR, CR, CPA...
