We’re looking for a CRM Campaign Executive to join our digital marketing team in London.
As the CRM Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for helping engage and retain digital listeners via digital channels. You will coordinate and run CRM campaigns for Audio brand teams via digital channels (primarily email and push notifications), sharing results and insights with stakeholders. Collaborating with the brand marketing and digital content teams, to help understand objectives, prioritise campaigns, help collate creative/content, schedule campaigns, monitor and share results.
You will also drive digital listener growth by optimising listener data across email and push notifications for all brands. As Bauer Media Audio UK migrates to a new CRM and Digital Marketing platform, this role will be essential in supporting the transition, including training teams on the platform's new features to ensure effective campaign use.
This is a hybrid position where you will work from home and our office in London
What you’ll be doing:
  • Driving retention campaigns for all brands, including Premium.
  • Facilitating planning and briefings with key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing production, gathering copy, assets, landing pages, and Ts&Cs.
  • Managing HTML build for emails.
  • Coordinating campaign scheduling.
  • Conducting regular reviews to share results, insights, and recommendations.
  • Ensuring consistent reporting and distribution.
  • Applying cross-brand learnings and elevate creative standards across digital channels
What You’ll Bring:
  • Knowledge and understanding of CRM/Email software
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing - creating and running marketing campaigns using ESPs such as Oracle Responsys, Braze, Salesforce etc
  • Experience coordinating digital marketing for disparate stakeholders
  • Advising and supporting marketing teams on campaign strategy
  • Ability to run reporting to share results and clearly communicate insight
