Description

POSITION
As a CRM Intern, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, supporting the Client Development team in driving the department strategy, in line with local and global business needs. You will be supporting the CRM Manager in successfully implementing the CRM strategy and driving day-to-day clienteling to achieve our KPIs within the UK, Ireland & South Africa region. Your daily tasks will include KPI reporting to provide actionable insights, as well as creating visual communications to highlight performance and drive engagement on clienteling actions, partnering with the clienteling responsibles across the network to drive KPIs.
  • Generate weekly and monthly CRM reporting to drive our core clienteling KPIs at both a store and regional level
  • Assist in the development of the reporting structure and tools to give greater visibility to the Store & Digital Teams on their clienteling KPIs and specific campaign results, in a timely manner
  • Provide comprehensive analysis of client data and purchasing behaviours to identify opportunities for increased client engagement and growth
  • Liaise with the EMEA team on ad hoc data requests and queries relating to data accuracy and any other topics relating to CRM, including queries regarding our CRM system, reporting tools and dashboards i.e. Power BI
  • Champion and be an expert on the CRM tool, ICON, to drive performance and utilisation among Store Teams, and assist in onboarding/refresher training sessions
  • Support Store & Digital Teams on CRM topics such as extracting relevant client data and database maintenance
  • Create direct-to-client communications for key campaigns and launches, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
  • Provide general CRM support such as preparing internal presentations for various stakeholders, creating visual internal communications to be shared within the clienteling community and wider business
  • Support on topics linked to training and assist in preparing relevant materials for these
  • Ad hoc support on key international Client Development events i.e. client operations and logistics
PROFILE
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience i.e. using formulas
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a passion for translating data into actionable, meaningful insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills  
  • Organisational skills as well as the ability to adapt and prioritise in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Curious mindset, with the ability to think outside the box  
  • Innovative individual with a problem-solving approach
  • Strong interest and passion for retail
