Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Support the implementation of the e-retail strategy
Implement and work on CRM/e-CRM strategy and programmes
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
E-retail
  • Coordinate product launches across all e-retailers to drive sales and maximise opportunities
  • Ensure that e-retail websites are always up to date, with the correct content, creative banners, assets and copy to comply with Givenchy brand guidelines
  • Liaise with external agencies/suppliers for assets production, validating these and working with e-retailers to implement
  • Produce local creative banners and assets using Adobe Photoshop in accordance with global Givenchy asset guidelines
  • Monitor visibility on e-retailer platforms, both for Givenchy and competitors, reporting back to the business and highlighting key opportunities
  • Oversee product seeding and send-outs to influencers and prospective customers driving reviews and traffic to e-retailer sites
CRM
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including campaign build, segmentation, proofing, testing, optimisation, reporting
  • Brief and manage external agency to deliver all CRM assets, including print and fulfilment for direct mail and email HTML development
  • Contribute to the generation of creative ideas for CRM content creation within the department
  • Support stores with local events through email campaigns, where necessary
  • Ensure timely execution and completion of all CRM campaigns within budget
  • Compile on-going post campaign analytic reports to continually strive to improve the customer journey and CRM programme
  • Monitor trends and best practices in CRM
Other
  • Assist with budget; raising and approving invoices, POs and allocating to cost centres
PROFILE
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Key Competencies/Technical Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent proof-reading skills
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, and ability to build reports from scratch
  • Experience in database segmentation and preparation of customer forecasts
  • Experience using Photoshop desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience using Sales Force Marketing Cloud desirable but not mandatory.
  • Basic HTML knowledge highly desirable
  • Good copy writing and proof reading skills
Profile
  • A strong analytical and highly organized individual with a genuine affinity for the brand and the luxury industry.
  • Previous experience in CRM desirable, but not mandatory
  • Understanding of the UK retail market
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
