The opportunity
University of the Arts London (UAL) is looking for a Digital Content and Communications Coordinator to create engaging content that promotes the work of the Teaching, Learning and Employability Exchange (TLE).
The TLE works with staff from across UAL to ensure everyone involved in teaching, learning and developing careers, can access great courses, workshops, resources, funding opportunities and awards.
As a Digital Content and Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in communicating our work through engaging written and visual content. You will tailor messages to different audiences, ensuring that communication is targeted, timely, relevant, and engaging.
You will use content management systems to publish digital content, such as stories and announcements, using digital accessibility best practice to ensure your content remains inclusive.
About you
Educated to degree level or with equivalent professional experience, you will provide knowledge and experience of digital content management and design for web and digital communication.
You will need excellent communication skills, along with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences in an accessible manner. You will be able to use your initiative and think creatively, whilst also planning, prioritising and organising your work to achieve objectives on time.
