POSITION
Reporting to the Ecommerce & Traffic Acquisition Manager, the successful candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry. In partnership with HQ teams, you will support all aspects of the day-to-day running of the guerlain.com (UK) ecosystem to continue in the success story of Guerlain’s digital performance. You are proficient at reporting on sales & performance, gleaning insights to support the acceleration of the guerlain.com (UK) business. You will execute ecommerce merchandising and performance marketing channel strategies to achieve KPI and profitability metrics to the highest standards. You should have a customer-centric approach to delivering a frictionless, best-in-class client experience driven by strong brand story. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ecommerce Trading & Content Merchandising
  • Flawless execution of site content updates to support trade activity, ensuring ensure product listings, descriptions, and visual assets are merchandised optimally for conversions.
  • Ensure all site updates and launch test kits are completed and accurate. Any action points to be communicated, tickets to be raised and adjustments to be made in timely fashion.
  • Set up promotional activity and action on-site optimisation, campaign content and new upcoming digital projects.
  • Collaborate with Guerlain HQ on localising content on the website to match local bestsellers and priorities whilst balancing HQ guidelines and brand priorities.
  • Carry out daily site checks and raise tickets with Guerlain HQ to resolve site bugs and carry out site enhancement.
  • Execute the sample and gifting strategies to drive discovery and conversion.
  • Ensure onsite search module is fully optimised to ensure high rate of ‘searches with results.
  • Enrich local website animation plan with Marketing for events, digital masterclasses, PR & Influencer moments.
Digital Marketing, Traffic & Customer Acquisition
  • Support the execution of the Paid Search strategy based on performance for SEM channels to deliver KPI objectives in a profitable and sustainable way.
  • Cascade HQ content to Paid Search partner, such as sharing assets and communicating agreed content for timely set up and on time go live.
  • Support with A|B test copy and visual content; collate data to share and implement learnings.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team on email, SMS, campaigns, optimisations, and development of the full year schedule aligning with key commercial moments, always on activities, ongoing needs, local market trends and new product launches.
  • Partner with CRM team to manage and drive UK Loyalty programme and encourage client retention.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
  • Provide weekly/ monthly reports and analysis of guerlain.com performance to the business, sharing key insights and recommendations which support business needs and post-campaign washups.
  • Utilise analytical tools (Google Analytics, PowerBi, Content Square etc.) to monitor traffic, bounce rate and KPIs including conversion rate, average order value and unit per transaction to inform decision-making and enhance sales performance.
  • Perform competition watch on latest trends, key commercial moment activations and best practices from eCommerce competitors in the UK.
Forecasting & Operations
  • Work closely with the demand planner to assure eCommerce inventory levels of saleables and sampling to support sales forecasts and oversee appropriate adjustments to the site.
  • Maintain presence rate, monitoring weekly stockholding to stay atop of out of stocks and protect safety inventory coverage.
  • Plan and secure Gift with purchase lines to support sell out ambitions and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Monitor net promoter score, ensuring positive customer feedback and feedback pain points to relevant teams to facilitate fixes to remedy any issues identified in.
PROFILE
  • Knowledge of UK Market
  • Passion for Beauty or Retail industry.
  • Graduate or equivalent with minimum 2 years of ecommerce, digital marketing or performance marketing experience.
  • SalesForce CMS experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of GA4 or PowerBI.
  • Exceptional EXCEL and PowerPoint Skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to
  • multi-task.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Highly analytic and data-driven.
