Support the management of the local e-commerce site, tracking performance on a daily basis
Coordinate product launches and update site content, including visuals, merchandising & promotions
Maintain daily site checks for any bugs, errors, and/or needed optimisations to support sales
Support on ecommerce tech developments working closely with our tech team in headquarters
Brief & oversee local media campaigns, working alongside Labelium, Tigrz and Publicis to drive awareness, traffic and conversion
Liase with the CRM team to optimise email communications in order to support the database and drive conversion
Liase with Operations & Client Services team to maintain the utmost customer service for Ecommerce customers
Assist with ecommerce budget and raise POs
Fluent in English

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree required
