CULTED is a Gen-Z multimedia and cross platform entertainment company which launched mid 2019. We produce and publish content daily, at the speed of social media. This covers the latest news and trends from Gen-Z’s forward thinking perspective on fashion, sneakers, beauty, art, music, and youth culture. Our omnichannel approach, combined with the captivating content we produce, has helped us amass a fast-growing international audience. We are now looking for a skilled and talented London based TikTok Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Alongside Digital Director managing the day-to-day production of editorial content across all platforms and verticals including pitches, content creation, production and publishing content
Managing a team of writers, content producers and social media executives to publish stories on web and social to tight daily deadlines, editing copy, making sure content is published on time and as news breaks
Ensuring all content and audience growth targets are met by the end of each month and every quarter
Managing homepage and ensuring priority order of content is always maintained and that stories are placed for optimal traffic
Securing content exclusives across fashion, entertainment, music, culture and covering these stories in fresh editorial formats that drive engagement and reach across all platforms
Working with Digital Director on new content franchises including newsletter, audio, YouTube and shortform film
Working closely with Digital Director to secure exclusive interviews, access and coverage across all Culted verticals
Diversifying Culted’s global fashion week content and ensuring all editorial formats further grow our audience.
Will have 6+ years of experience in a similar role, experience in luxury and youth audiences an advantage
Has proven record of excellent writing/social media content production for leading media brands, demonstrated in a professional portfolio
Will enjoy mentoring a team of young creatives and working with a fast-growing media company
Thorough knowledge of and experience in social media and engaging with audiences via the platform
Excellent knowledge of the luxury fashion, culture, automotive and lifestyle industries with strong contacts
Ability to transform copy into an engaging tone for Gen-Z
Will have thorough understanding of all current social media platforms, especially those of interest to Gen-Z
Will have a confident attitude when interviewing talent for both written and video content
