We’re looking for a dynamic, ambitious and highly experienced Executive Producer to join our UK Factual team.
You’ll play a key role in coming up with ideas, pitching to commissioners and producing programmes for UK and international broadcasters.
You’ll already have a great reputation and be someone commissioners want to work with, with a fantastic track record in making documentaries for all the main PSBs and beyond.
You will oversee and manage the production of broadcast programming across a range of budgets, from development through to final delivery. You will also be expected to respond to commissioner briefs, supporting the development process, and pitching to win new commissions.

  • Ensuring technical standards and compliance responsibilities are met
  • Collaboration across ITN Productions as well as ITN
  • Develop relationships with agents and talent
  • Support Head of UK Factual on strategic vision and direction

  • Highly organized - ability to prioritise workload efficiently and manage multiple tasks
  • Awareness of Health and Safety requirements
  • Ability to demonstrate core ITN values
  • Able to generate and develop ideas working as part of a team or independently

  • Track record in nurturing talent and strong track record in D and I
  • Able to take responsibility for all content, ensuring they are of highest editorial and technical standards, accurate and comply with the law and relevant regulations
