What you’ll be doing
Our appetite for change is stronger than ever as we seek to drive our business performance and improve our customer’s lives. Across Consumer Marketing we manage significant change across our business, and this role will coordinate key marketing execution priorities, across the most complex and highest impact marketing activity. You’ll ensure we join up the brilliant plans across the whole Marketing function and show up to customers in an integrated and cohesive manner.
  • Coordinates the Marketing GTM plan for Consumer Marketing
  • Interlock timelines across multiple business areas to insure inputs are available at the right time
  • Sets quality gates and KPIs that define the success the GTM activity
  • Coordinate retrospectives on previous plans so lessons can be taken for continuous improvement
  • Resolves launch impediments by bringing together key individuals and driving alignment on approach
  • Helps build appropriate governance, processes and ways of working across teams
  • Ensures senior stakeholders are aligned with plans, including developing materials for walkthroughs
