A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
Ready to make your mark in the world of fashion? Boden is looking for a passionate and driven Middleweight Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced and innovative Womenswear Creative Team. This is your chance to push the boundaries of design and play a key role in shaping the future of our brand across digital channels and some print.
In this role, you'll be immersed in the heart of Boden's creative process. With a keen eye on the latest trends and a focus on brand-building storytelling. You’ll be on top of current and future trends within the fashion landscape. You will be a key team player within the womenswear graphic design team, you will also have a collaborative approach to work with other departments within the business.
You must be efficient, detail-orientated, organised and able to work under tight deadlines.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Bring your creativity to life across all digital platforms (and a bit of print) to elevate Boden's womenswear collections.
  • Stay ahead of trends in fashion and digital design, and apply your insights to deliver cutting-edge, engaging content that speaks to our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—from photography to marketing—to ensure a unified and impactful brand presence.
  • Own the design process from concept to final execution, making sure every detail is on point and every brief is answered with flair.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 3-5 years of experience in a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand (whether agency or in-house)
  • Mastery of Adobe CC with experience in Figma, XD, and After Effects a plus
  • A sharp eye for design—you know your typography, layout, and how to create work that looks and feels right
  • A collaborative mindset—you thrive in a team environment, communicating effectively and working closely with others to bring ideas to life
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, all while meeting tight deadlines and staying organised
