About the Role:
We are seeking a highly strategic, agile, and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale key online and offline growth channels for HelloFresh and Green Chef in the UK market. This well-rounded role requires expertise, across but not limited to;  influencer marketing, direct mail, inserts, and direct sales, offering a dynamic opportunity to drive customer acquisition and retention with innovative and performance-focused campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
  • End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to drive growth across various marketing channels.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use insights from performance metrics and wider dashboards  to inform strategies, optimise campaigns, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Creative, and Analytics, to align campaign objectives and deliver impactful results.
  • Innovation & Testing: Develop and implement testing plans to refine strategies and keep campaigns forward-thinking and effective.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to ensure seamless execution and long-term success.
  • Strategic Optimisation: Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and meet growth objectives
  • Strong negotiation skills:with a track record of securing impactful collaborations and commercial agreements.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Solid experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on data-driven strategies and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and potentially other emerging channels like Podcasts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively build and manage relationships. Within a wide range of agencies, internal stakeholders and markets and different teams within the HelloFresh Group.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to optimise performance.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and adaptable, with a passion for growth and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely smart, analytical, and data-driven, with a background in growth marketing or consultancy.
  • A proactive communicator who can present data and strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ready to take ownership, drive impactful results, and thrive in a dynamic, high-performance team.
