Collaborate extensively with the VP International and serve as a key analytics partner, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Strategic Finance and Analytics, Data and Analytical Engineering, Central Strategy and Intelligence, and Data Science, in addition to Product Marketing, Marketing, Policy, and Comms.
Develop and refine metrics and KPIs to effectively measure performance and impact of initiatives across various geographies.
Utilize a deep understanding of cultural, linguistic, and regulatory nuances to inform and customize analytics approaches for disparate markets.
Lead and mentor a geographically distributed analytics team, fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and collaboration.
Facilitate communication and alignment across different time zones, ensuring cohesive strategy execution with stakeholders in Beijing, Paris, Miami, and San Francisco.
