As the Head of Brand, Creative & Content for Sephora UK, you’ll be at the helm of our brand storytelling, leading the creation of content that captivates and connects. In this pivotal role, you’ll develop and execute brand-building strategies that reflect Sephora’s premium positioning, engaging our audience with a distinctly UK voice. You’ll infuse a local flavour into our visual and content, ensuring that our message resonates across every channel, from social media to in-person community initiatives.

You will also be responsible for:
Brand Engagement and Creative Excellence
Driving innovative ideas across our events, media, content, and influencer partnerships to deepen Sephora’s presence in the UK market.
Maintaining Sephora’s premium brand voice, while adding a distinct UK tone that reflects local culture and connects authentically with our audience.
Content Strategy and Storytelling
Developing and executing compelling brand stories that convey Sephora’s values and unique product benefits to strengthen our relationship with the UK audience.
Collaborating with the wider marketing team to add a Content and Brand layer to trading animations, events, and campaigns.
Visual and Content Leadership
Overseeing the creation and distribution of visual and content, ensuring alignment with central guidelines while adding a local touch for relevancy.
Establishing and maintaining a distinctive tone of voice that resonates with the UK market, ensuring consistency across written communication on social media, blog articles, product descriptions, and more.
Curating captivating photos and videos that showcase our products and stories, working closely with internal and external teams to bring Sephora’s visual identity to life.
Social Media and Community Engagement
Overseeing social media channels, leading content planning, scheduling, and community management to build and nurture Sephora’s UK audience.
Collaborating with PR and Influence teams to foster meaningful connections with local communities, creating partnerships and amplifying brand presence through events and collaborations.
Sustaining Sephora’s D&I commitments by driving meaningful connections with diverse communities, strengthening brand loyalty, and encouraging user-generated content.
We’re looking for a creative visionary with a strong background in brand strategy, content, and community management. Your deep understanding of the UK market, coupled with your ability to lead a creative team, will be crucial in inspiring innovative content and driving brand engagement.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Strong creativity and a passion for beauty and social media.
Proven experience in brand strategy development, content creation, and community management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and convey brand messaging effectively.
Proficiency in social media management, content strategy development, and crisis management.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for mentoring and inspiring a creative team.
