Duncan Macmillan’s intoxicating hit play People, Places & Things, directed by Jeremy Herrin (Best of EnemiesThis House) and designed by Tony Award®-winner Bunny Christie (The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time), makes a triumphant return to London this May.
Denise Gough reprises her Olivier Award-winning role as Emma, a struggling actress whose life is spinning recklessly out of control.
Key show dates:
  • Rehearsals will commence on or around Tuesday 2 April 2024 in London
  • First Performance on Friday 3 May 2023
  • Press Night on Tuesday 14 May 2024
  • Final Performance on Saturday 10 August 2024

Venue:
Trafalgar Theatre
The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Previous experience and responsibilities on West End productions or in a similar professional environment.
  • Excellent skills in all aspects of hairdressing, wigs and facial hair making and maintenance, including knotting with a good knowledge and level of technical ability in make-up and associated techniques.
  • Demonstrable and substantial experience of maintenance and wigs work, and to be a skilled hair-cutter.
  • Confidence and sensitivity of working with different hair types.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead and organise skilled theatre staff, including planning and the organisation of the department to provide the best possible WHAM support.
