Analysis of performance analytics to pinpoint best and worst performers so that the team are clear on how to improve commissions
Liaising with the wider features and lifestyle department
Running the content list and making sure publishing plans are on track
Managing the health production journalist and checking their work is done to the highest standard
Working on a digital strategy with the head of health features to drive subs and stars
