As a Integrated Creative at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for developing compelling and effective creative content for various paid and organic social campaigns across Sainsbury's, Argos, Habitat, Tu, and Nectar. In this role, your primary focus will be on concepting and producing disruptive and engaging visual and written content that resonates with the target audience, enhances brand visibility, and drives conversions on various social platforms. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deeply understand creative objectives, develop ideas, and execute top-quality work. This will involve leveraging your social knowledge and expertise to bring energy and share ideas, ensuring brand consistency, and crafting concise copy that aligns with each platform's requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with Social Planners to implement strategies, stay updated on current social trends and best practises, and analyse key metrics to optimise future campaigns. Your ability to adapt to changing client needs, effectively communicate ideas, and influence stakeholders will be essential in driving the success of the social creative initiatives.  Who you are
As a Integrated Creative, you are a highly skilled and innovative professional with a strong passion for developing compelling and effective creative content for paid and organic social campaigns. Your expertise in social platforms, tools, and analytics enables you to leverage data and insights to optimise content performance and drive brand visibility and conversions. With your proficiency in art direction, copywriting, graphic design, and motion graphics, you develop visually appealing and impactful content that resonates with the target audience across various social channels. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with your ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, allow you to work closely with clients, social strategists, and cross-functional teams to align on creative objectives and deliver top-quality work. Your curiosity and adaptability empower you to stay up-to-date with industry trends, continuously explore new thinking and technologies, and find innovative solutions to creative challenges.
