Description

Jones Knowles Ritchie (JKR) is a branding business, founded in 1990 and proudly independent ever since.
We started out in the world of packaging, but now we’re worldwide — from three founders, to more than 350 of us across the UK, USA and China. Together, we build and deliver brands across the entire consumer experience. But even more important than what we do, is why we do it. We’re here to inspire brands and people to be their true selves. To be brave. Be tenacious. And above all, be yourself. Because we believe that’s the only way to truly be distinctive, everywhere.
Job Summary:

The split is 3 days pw + 2days pw and would be a great opportunity for an individual looking to work more closely with a global brand.

  • Status Meetings & Platform Management: Attend weekly status meetings with the Directors and external agency partners to report on tasks and updates. Oversee day-to-day platform management, reviewing activities and optimizing processes for continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Agency Support: Provide support to strategic agencies in developing key brand guidelines, assets, and external pilots for Brand and Purpose initiatives.
Program Manager Responsibilities (40%):

  • Lead the delivery of consumer brand and packaging projects across multiple channels, ensuring creative intent is preserved.
  • Analyse client briefs, ask insightful questions, and partner with the creative team to deliver effective project outcomes.

  • Partner with Client Services and Creative teams to align on client expectations and deliver creative solutions.
  • Manage internal and external communications across diverse teams and levels, fostering collaboration for optimal creative output.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and talent to ensure seamless project execution.
Creativity & Brand-Centricity:
  • Offer creative ideas and solutions to client challenges, understanding their brand and business needs.
  • Work closely with the Design Director and Creative Services to source the right talent for projects.
Commercial Awareness:
  • Collaborate with Client Services to ensure project quotes are accurate and reflective of the resourcing needs.
  • Monitor project profitability and drive efficiency while maintaining high creative standards.
Leadership:
  • Motivate and inspire internal teams to deliver excellent work.
  • Provide mentorship and support to foster personal development.
  • Manage conflict and react proactively to change, ensuring calm and control in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a keen understanding of brand governance.
