The Role
We are looking for a Junior Central Revenue Strategy Specialist to support the Western Europe Central Revenue Strategy team on collaborating and partnering across CN brands, strategy & planning and creative teams to facilitate the application of the most current and performant digital pitch & execution strategies.
An understanding of the digital landscape, Condé Nast’s product suite and an analytical mindset will allow you to partner with internal teams to help shape brand and tentpole strategies in Western Europe through data driven insights and recommendations.
What will you be doing?
  • Partner with local Digital Media Strategy (digital planning), Brand Marketing, and Global Revenue Strategy teams to help build and develop digital packages around Condé Nast’s key tentpole and brand moments
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create enterprise level solutions driven by product excellence and digital expertise ensuring alignment with the global target operating model
  • Partner with planning, strategy, creative, and digital teams to assess tentpole and brand moment goals; and then, help develop strategies that help service and deliver upon them by utilising Conde Nast full portfolio of capabilities and assets
  • Build a deep understanding of our ad products and capabilities (i.e. data, video, social, new products, etc).
  • Keep internal communication channels updated with tentpole/brand opportunities that are relevant in each market
  • Update materials to help educate teams on available opportunities, and drive a culture of excellence
Who you are:
  • Experience in advertising/digital sales and/or agency planning/strategy
  • Knowledge of digital sales processes desired.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrate ability to work with a broad range of internal and external clients.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills/team oriented.
  • Knowledge across both on and offline platforms
  • Approach work with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Analyse campaign performance data and identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Ability to be agile and help problem solve in real time in a calm manner
  • Proficient in G suite products
