Role – Junior Project Manager
Reporting Into – Programme Director
Reports – None
Responsibilities -
  • Develop scopes of work – following a project kick off with the team you will be responsible for writing an estimate and scope of work, planning timings and booking resource across small to medium sized projects. This could include anything  from single emails to a printed direct mail pack. From strategically focused loyalty programmes through to managing builds on email.
  • Manage timings – able to effectively communicate timings externally and internally. Work closely with our resource manager and tech team to book a variety of projects whilst identifying and resolving any conflicts through collaboration with other producers/teams.
  • Manage budgets – tracking budgets and expenditure for a variety of projects. Monitoring any change control and scope any costs associated with this. Then raise POs for external suppliers.
  • Champion ways of working – participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and processes to manage the accounts and projects more effectively.
  • Coordinate teams – able to coordinate teams of various skill sets including strategists, creatives, design, tech, client services and other internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively – clearly communicate with internal teammates to set priorities, meet objectives, ensure that project milestones and budget expectations are met, and determine project expectations across all departments.
  • Build relationships – able to foster relationships with each department (strategy, creative, design, tech, client services), collaborating with everyone to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
  • Problem solver – identifying issues and risks early in the process and coming up with solutions.

  • Hunger for personal development and knowledge across all channels of creative production. - Solid verbal and written communication skills.
