BAFTA 195 Piccadilly is looking for a talented Key Account Manager - Event Sales to join its busy Sales & Events team.
Our opportunity:
The Key Account Manager (Event Sales) at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly will play a critical role in managing inbound sales whilst driving proactive outbound sales efforts, securing high-end corporate and private events, and managing relationships with key clients and event agencies.
This role involves line management of a heavily targeted sales team, working alongside the head of department to deliver on strategies to attract new business, maintaining long-term client relationships, and ensuring the venue’s continued success as a premier events destination.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in luxury events, exceptional sales insight, and ability to show a track record in client retention and account management.
This role focuses on converting leads into confirmed bookings, maximising event sales, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial contact through to post-event follow-up.

Who you are?
  • A strong and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • A natural salesperson with first class negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and resilient approach
  • Proficient in sales reporting, analytical and able to identify key metrics and statistics to present to senior management
