We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team on a permanent full time basis.
This role is perfect  to kick-start your career in marketing offering the chance to work on exciting, multi-disciplinary campaigns for a wide range of art forms.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of responsibilities which include but are not limited to:
  • Support the Marketing Campaigns team in delivering impactful marketing campaigns across the Southbank Centre’s diverse programme.
  • Assist with the creation and coordination of promotional materials, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
  • Manage marketing schedules, sales information, and digital reporting.
  • Provide ongoing support to Marketing Managers, the Design Studio, Digital, Communications, and other departments.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • A creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for the arts.
  • A strong communicator with proficient writing skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Well-organised, adaptable, and capable of managing a busy workload.
  • Proficient with IT tools (Google Drive, GMail, MS Office), and eager to learn new skills.
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion within the arts.
