We are looking for a freelance Marketing Coordinator/Executive to join us at Lore Group on a 6 month project, with the potential to expand.

Our diverse portfolio of award-winning properties includes Riggs and Lyle in Washington DC, the Pulitzer and Kimpton de Witt in Amsterdam and Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch in London. With additional properties being added to our portfolio in the near future, this is a fantastic time to join Lore Group.
As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the Lore Hub marketing team to deliver a variety of marketing, communication and digital projects including the launch of a new property in the USA, a technology project and group wide loyalty program.
Responsibilities include assisting the marketing team with campaigns to drive brand awareness, assisting with social media accounts for the group and our hotels and our, monthly reporting, administrative tasks as required and more including:
- Assistance with group-wide PR reporting
- Assistance with group social media and LinkedIn accounts
- Update and manage the group website CMS
- Assistance with social media management at our soon to launch new hotel in the US
- Assistance with content management for our new hotel across owned and third party channels
- Assistance with collateral roll our at our new hotel
- Research tasks to assist us expanding into a new market.
- Data management and migration
- Set up, audit and report on digital campaigns
- Assist with auditing websites and content across our group websites
- Assistance with group-wide campaigns
