Our Customer Marketing team are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team, to work across brands such as Grazia, Empire, Mojo and Yours. A perfect chance for you to broaden your marketing knowledge and develop into the next stage of a marketing career!
You’ll be part of a team who are responsible for delivering our magazine circulation activity and revenues, including recurring revenues from subscriptions and memberships.
The Main Focus of the Role:
You will support the CRM Manager in the effective execution of all email activity across the entire customer journey on a portfolio of brands.
This includes e-newsletters, acquisition emails, onboarding journeys, in-life engagement, upgrade, and win-back journeys.
This role is a great mix of creative marketing activity, technical execution, as well as reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in implementing and delivering the CRM strategy across a portfolio of brands.
  • Support the CRM Manager with the scheduling, testing plan and execution of all CRM activities on a portfolio of brands.
  • Brief and manage data requests – including customer segmentation as well as extracting data where necessary.
  • Own and manage the email templates including updating and testing the creative.
  • Use Google Analytics and internal reporting dashboards to ensure all email activity is continuously measured and optimized against KPIs, establishing benchmarks, and making recommendations for future tests.
What You'll Bring:
  • Previous Marketing experience and understanding.
  • Experience working with an email marketing tool such Responsys and building emails using HTML code (essential)
  • Demonstrable experience managing email campaigns (essential)
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting on campaign results, providing recommendations to improve future performance (essential)
  • Proficient in Google Analytics
  • Great planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work streams to strict deadlines.
  • A positive self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal, communication skills
  • Working knowledge of GDPR
  • High attention to detail and a creative eye
