The role
  • Generate and manage meaningful, innovative B2B marketing campaigns that support the commercial department
  • Drive the sales team to success by developing and managing the B2B website, www.itvmedia.co.uk and all associated communications
  • Support the overall marketing of ITV’s family of channels and programmes to commercial customers including media agencies, advertisers and creative agencies
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a brand champion ensuring ITV is effectively and consistently represented across all platforms
  • Produce marketing collateral for key B2B events
  • Manage industry leading events such as the ITV Palooza and ITV Showcase
  • Project manage smaller events such as webinars, including supervision of AV suppliers as well as marketing support
  • Write confident and compelling briefs for all projects
  • Produce marketing showreels to support priorities for campaigns and events
  • Develop partnerships with key organisations including Thinkbox, The Marketing Society
  • Create and manage the editorial content of www.itvmedia.co.uk via an existing CMS
  • Implement a strategic e-marketing campaign that supports ITV Media’s business objectives (using DotDigital)
  • Support on developing a robust CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Brief and oversee the development and use of commercial sub brands and associated assets
  • Manage stakeholders across various teams including events, research, suppliers, partners and client teams
  • Deliver multiple projects to time and budget
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
  • Experience managing b2b events
  • Excellent project management to ensure delivery to tight timelines and budgets
  • Confident in the use of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, with proven experience in using a website CMS to edit and manage web content
  • Track record of outstanding marketing including managing third party agencies, website development, database management and event production and coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write strong briefs, copywriting and proofreading
  • Outstanding organisational ability with attention to detail and flair.
Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)
  • Passion, experience and knowledge in marketing
  • Good knowledge of the UK TV industry and the advertising and marketing community.
  • Demonstrable networking skills with an ability to quickly develop strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Experience of planning, financial management and budgets, project management and negotiation skills.
