We are looking for a Platformer with:
Interest and enjoyment for using writing skills to inform and excite.
A respect for the need for numeracy skills
Someone who enjoys working with, learning from and collaborating with new people
Organisation skills and the want to learn new ones
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
If you already have experience in trying out projects with social media channels, websites or mailing platforms, this would be a big plus, but not 100% required.
On the 6 month programme, you’ll be involved in:
Producing Marketing Collateral
Assisting with the step by step process of creating and launching content marketing campaigns (working with creative and studio to create a bank of assets)
Creating and updating credentials documents and case studies (things we use to show off what we can do)
Checking the accuracy of New Business proposals and Award entries (factual, spelling, grammar, spotting missed opportunities to shout about what we can do)
Social Media & Email Marketing
Shooting and capturing content for our Havas People social channels
Keeping the Havas People social channels active by designing and contributing content to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Scheduling content via 'Sprout Social'
Working with the Paid Social team to run paid social campaigns
Community management on our Havas People social channels (interacting with our own active audience)
Helping to set up campaigns on our email marketing service platforms (Mailchimp & SendInBlue)
Supporting with the marketing of Havas People events, including promotion on social media
Liaising with suppliers
Supporting with event set up and break down
