THE GIG
As a Marketing Project Manager, you have the exciting opportunity to play a critical role for the Brand in driving the successful execution of marketing initiatives across global and regional teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the go to market process and timely delivery of all marketing related activity across the globe.
  • Purpose: Drive and implement cross- functional projects with wider impact to the organization ensuring successful execution and generation of expected benefits.
  • Project management: Drive cross-functional projects and sub-projects within defined project framework and contribute significantly to global delivery of product marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Project charter/ objectives: Define project charter and objectives based on framework, within given budget.
  • Resources/ budget: Manage project resources, including budget.
  • Communication: Drive project communication with stakeholders. Prepare communication to Steering Board and Sponsors per project.
  • Process: Define project processes, supporting integration into the broader GTM process and ways of working.
  • Systems: Define system needs within project framework. Manage implementation into inline systems.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Serving as the central point of contact for marketing projects, facilitating communication and coordination between the group marketing teams and the three regional teams.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and milestones, and proactively monitor and track project progress.
  • Ensuring business critical projects and delivery is tracked
  • Coordinating with regions to gather input, provide guidance, and ensure consistency
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the globe to integrate marketing initiatives with broader business strategies.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and project success.
  • Delivering project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project milestones, deliverables, and key insights.
  • Driving continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline project management workflows and enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • You will be a specialist in project management, processes, systems and tools.
  • You will have a broad & deep knowledge in your functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge.
  • You will be an excellent communicator and be able to manage multiple work loads
  • Previous experienced working in a Global Matrix business would be advantageous
  • Expert Excel and Power Point experience
