Havas Paid Performance is our specialist activation team spanning PPC, Affiliates, Amazon and Retail Media. In Paid Performance, we service clients across the Network, acting as a central management function for all Havas brands, including Havas Media, Havas Entertainment and Havas Market. Our set up:
  • 600+ team in 41 markets globally
  • 50+ team in the UK – spanning London, Manchester, and Leeds
The Paid Performance Executive should have these skills:
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Interest in, and understanding of, digital media.
  • Good numeracy skills and comfortable working in spreadsheets.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work under pressure and fastidious attention to detail.
  • A strong written and verbal communicator.
  • A high energy, positive, can-do person who is always looking for ways to improve what we do.
  • A hunger to learn.
On the 6 month programme, you’ll:
  • Work with some of the most recognisable brands in the world – from household names in FMCG to children’s toys. Amazon Ads is a critical channel for these businesses, so there are multi-million pound budgets you will be helping to manage to effectively deliver against ambitious growth targets.
  • Support with analysis, campaign implementation, optimisation, delivery, and evaluation of Amazon Ads campaigns.
  • Along with your line manager and the executive in the team, you will be jointly responsible for the effective running of campaigns. This role is pivotal in providing the insight and data needed to drive performance improvements for these clients.
  • Havas will provide all the training and support you will need to succeed in this role and will map out a clear development path for you when you join the team.
  • Create and manage Amazon Ads campaigns to effectively deliver client objectives and targets.
  • Ad creation, development, testing, optimisation, automation, and personalisation.
  • Optimisation campaigns across multiple formats, including Sponsored Search, Sponsored Display and Prime Video.
  • Deliver against Amazon Ads best practice on your clients, specifically, improving the quality of campaign delivery, innovation, and automation.
  • Manage daily spend through manual, automated and machine learning led bid optimisation, in line with targets and monthly budgets.
  • Use search and bid management tools to manage and optimise campaigns.
  • Implement tracking requirements across paid performance campaigns.
  • Support in the development forecasting and testing plans for clients.
  • Put forward innovative test ideas to drive performance improvements.
  • Monitor and analyse campaigns to deliver rich insight to clients and drive optimisation.
  • Report on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • In time and following training, attending client calls/meetings to discuss performance.
  • Monitor and analyse competitor activity through competitor monitoring technology and partner communication to provide rich insights and trends to clients.
  • Nurture and grow strong relationships with relevant day to day client stakeholders.
  • Be comfortable reporting any concerns with management if you believe escalation is required.
  • Keep up to date with the latest changes in the paid landscape to ensure your knowledge is always relevant and cutting edge.
