This Paid Performance Executive role is based in in London, with a particular focus on Havas Market clients, but will remain part of the Paid Performance team that services the HMN.

THE ROLE
This is an exciting role, working on a portfolio of e-commerce clients, including a global FMCG brand. Amazon and Google Ads are critical channels for these businesses, so you will be working with sizable budgets to deliver on ambitious targets.
In this role, you will primarily support with analysis, campaign implementation, optimisation, delivery and evaluation of clients’ campaigns across Amazon and other marketplaces, as well as Google.
Along with your line manager, you will be jointly responsible for the effective running and performance of campaigns. This Paid Performance Executive role is pivotal in providing the insight and data needed to drive performance improvements for our clients.
Havas will provide all the training and support you will need to succeed in this role and will map out a clear development path for you when you join the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set-up and ongoing management of Search campaigns across Amazon, other e-commerce platforms and Google Ads, with a clear understanding of best practice account structure.
  • Managing daily media spend in line with targets and monthly budgets.
  • Monitoring & analysing paid performance campaigns to deliver rich insight to clients and drive optimisation decisions.
  • Ensuring accurate reporting based on client specifications and KPI’s. This can include client reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Presenting performance reports and updates to clients and internal teams on a regular basis.
  • Monitoring and analysing competitor activity through competitor monitoring technology and partner communication, to provide rich insights and trends to clients.
  • Support the development forecasting and testing plans for clients.
  • Support the ad creation, development, testing, optimisation for clients.
  • Supporting in the implementation of best-in-class Amazon practices – including catalogue improvements, promotional activities, inventory management and international expansion - and apply these across a range of marketplaces.
  • Deliver against Google PPC best practice on your clients, specifically, improving the quality of campaign delivery, innovation, and automation.
  • Be comfortable reporting any potential issues or concerns with your line manager if you believe escalation may be required. Work quickly to resolve issues as they arise and anticipate ways to mitigate future issues.
  • On-going development of your industry knowledge. Keeping up to date with the latest changes in the digital, paid media landscape to ensure your knowledge is always relevant and innovative.
  • Delivering work within deadlines.
  • Providing diligent, consistent attention to the management of administrative aspects of the job. This includes overseeing accurate and timely billings and reconciliation and logging time accurately and regularly via the company time management platform.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Good numeracy skills with strong knowledge/ experience of MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
  • Interest in and, understanding of, digital media.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Fastidious attention to detail.
  • A strong written and verbal communicator with gravitas and confidence.
  • Excellent people skills and partnership management abilities.
  • A high energy, positive, can-do person who is always looking for ways to improve what we do.
  • Someone who can make things happen and likes to be accountable.
  • A hunger to learn.
  • Previous experience in paid search and knowledge of media industry tools (desirable)
