This role sits within the 360 business unit at LADbible Group, reporting directly into the Head of Performance and Planning.
What the opportunity looks like
  • Lead Paid Media Strategy: Oversee all aspects of paid media, including Content Marketing, Immersive Marketing (AR), B2B, B2C, Affiliates & E-commerce, and Editorial & Content.
  • Plan and Execute Campaigns: Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance and growth across key biddable platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evolve LADbible Group’s approach to paid media, ensuring delivery of best-in-class outcomes at scale.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Internal Education: Regularly educate internal teams on the value of Paid Social and the evolution of our Paid Media capabilities.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop the Paid Social team, fostering their growth and progression.
  • Commercial Insight: Understand and integrate Paid Media into wider commercial goals.
  • Innovate: Explore new platforms and develop scalable usage plans aligned with client needs and sustainable growth for LADbible Group.
Skills and experience we'd like you to have
  • Have excellent experience in Paid Social planning and buying, with media agency or client side and hands-on activation experience preferred
  • Be highly proficient in data analysis and presentation
  • Have a track record of delivering effective, progressive Social strategies for clients
  • Shown an ability to explain and obtain buy-in for sophisticated / complex strategies to clients, e.g. driving & measuring performance outcomes, leveraging or working client mandated ad-tech or emerging new technologies, etc
  • Been exposed to and created effectiveness strategies for clients
  • Have experience managing people and developing a department
  • Excelled in cross team communication
